Participants of this workshop will learn about Ohio's Learning Standards and understand better focus, coherence, and rigor in math instruction. This session will help teachers know exactly what are the major versus minor topics for each grade K-8. Participants must bring a device for this workshop.

PD Goals: The Multisyllable Routine Cards provide direct and explicit instruction on how to apply knowledge and syllable types and divisions in order to read multisyllabic words. The first 9 people to sign up for this PD will receive a copy of the Multisyllable Routine Cards Book by: 95% Group Inc. (a $90.00 value) and EL IPDP Approved totaling 3 hours (Professional Development Stipend of 2 hours). For two of the three hours, participants will complete two face-to-face sessions and agree to have Lorie Lubman to visit their classrooms to see how newly learned practices are used for the last hour of the three hours.
Expectations for participation:
Participants must attend both the March 11 and another date in March TBA face-to-face PD sessions as well as embed MRC into 2 separate lessons in their classrooms:
